Job Description
The main function of Black Hawk Valuation Services
is
to receive property valuation orders from lenders and place those
orders with real estate agents and appraisers. The Clerk is
responsible for providing basic clerical functions to support the main
business function.
Specific Responsibilities:
Process incoming phone calls in a prompt, courteous,
and accurate manner.
Process incoming emails and faxes.
Type valuation reports in an efficient and accurate
manner; contact agents for missing or contradictory information.
File completed BPO and appraisal reports in file
cabinet.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with Specialist duties as assigned.
Miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Typing (30 words per minute)
Software, working knowledge:
Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office, primarily Word
and Access
Strong communication skills
Sound decision-making skills
Ability to be assertive with agents and appraisers.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to follow direction.
Ability to review and follow procedural documentation.
