Description
The main business function of
BHVS is to receive
property valuation orders from lenders and place those orders with real estate
agents and appraisers. The
Specialist is responsible for processing and completing orders as well
as providing basic clerical functions to support the main business
function.
Specific Responsibilities:
Place new orders with agents and appraisers.
Follow-up with agents and appraisers on existing
orders.
Answer incoming calls.
Resolve calls as appropriate.
Type BPO reports.
Contact agents via phone to resolve errors or omissions on
report.
File completed BPO and appraisal reports.
Miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Typing (30
words per minute)
Software, working knowledge:
Microsoft Windows;
Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Access Strong communication skills
Sound decision-making skills
Ability to be assertive with agents and
appraisers.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to follow direction.
Ability to review and follow procedural
documentation.
